Client Success Manager for Contractors

In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for contractors across North America. You’ll teach them lead generation techniques while supporting their growth in managing in-house marketing systems. Your responsibility includes using proven frameworks for high-converting ads, analyzing performance metrics, and keeping clients accountable to their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly 1:1 Zoom calls with clients

• Script high-converting ads and teach clients to write them

• Review ad copy and creative before launch

• Analyze performance metrics and guide clients accordingly

• Troubleshoot issues and elevate needs as necessary

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years in client success or marketing

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or CRMs

• Reliable internet connection and computer

• Full-time availability with some flexibility
