Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-focused Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in East London . This fully remote position will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead generation targets. You will leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and drive measurable business growth.

• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels including paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve target KPIs.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
• Proven expertise in managing large advertising budgets and achieving aggressive performance targets.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
