• Define how Inception presents itself to the world: its story, voice, identity, launches, and the clearest way to explain an AI engine that builds shopping experiences and keeps them true
• Create and launch standalone brands on top of that engine, each devoted to one passion and unmistakably its own, including Brickonia, Atelier 700, and the worlds still on the bench
• Build the brand architecture that makes the relationship between Inception and every world coherent without making the worlds look or sound alike
• Lead hands-on creative direction across naming, verbal identity, visual identity, launch campaigns, and the details that make a brand feel complete
• Make social a primary product surface: create original formats, build audiences, and give each brand a reason to be followed even when nobody is shopping
• Connect communication to the product loop by watching what people understand, what they respond to, and what that should change in the brand or experience
• Establish a repeatable brand system that can launch many worlds without turning them into templates

What we look for

• Experience creating a brand people remember, not only managing one that already existed
• Exceptional judgment in social, narrative, and creative direction, with enough range to move from strategy to the actual work
• The ability to steward one parent brand and several audience brands at once without flattening their identities
• A demonstrably high bar for craft and detail, paired with the judgment to ship, learn, and improve
• A strong feedback loop: actively seek critique, read audience signals, separate ego from the work, and turn learning into the next iteration
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with the judgment to make both feel native rather than translated
