• Lead end-to-end SEO strategies for enterprise and high-impact clients
• Act as a senior SEO consultant and trusted advisor for clients and internal teams
• Drive technical SEO initiatives with development and content teams
• Turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Coach medior and junior SEO specialists (content, quality, stakeholder skills)
• Contribute to proposition development and international collaboration (e.g. VML network)

• A senior SEO specialist who’s comfortable owning complex projects
• Confident in advising stakeholders at different levels
• Analytical, structured, and pragmatic; you don’t over complicate things
• Comfortable working across markets and cultures
• Someone who enjoys helping others grow, not just doing the work yourself

• Fluent in English (Dutch is highly desirable)
• 5–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical and strategic)
• Experience with complex websites and enterprise-level clients
• Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills
• Solid experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Currently residing in The Netherlands
