We're looking for a talented Paid Meta Manager to take ownership of our Facebook, Instagram and wider Meta advertising strategy, delivering high-performing campaigns that generate leads, maximise ROI and support ambitious growth plans across multiple brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on combining creativity with commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and business units
Managing significant advertising budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue targets
Developing audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
Analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights
Running A/B tests and continuously improving creative performance
Working closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Analytics teams
Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and platform developments within Meta
What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation and conversion tracking

Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
Hands on paid social experience across Tik Tok Ads and Pinterest Ads would be an advantage.
