Social Media Marketing Coordinator - E-commerce

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support their e-commerce operations in Pretoria. • Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and short videos.

• Support the execution of paid social media advertising campaigns under the guidance of the marketing manager.
• Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and website traffic from social channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives for the Pretoria market.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok) and their advertising capabilities.
