• Develop, implement, and manage digital communication strategies across various online platforms including the company website, social media, and email newsletters.
• Create high-quality, engaging digital content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, infographics, and videos.
• Manage the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, optimized for search engines (SEO), and user-friendly.
• Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns and social media promotions to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to improve digital performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital touchpoints.

• Proven experience as a Digital Communications Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a knack for adapting tone for different digital platforms.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press, and experience with SEO best practices.
