Outreach Specialist​/Link Builder; Remote

This role involves supporting clients in acquiring high-quality backlinks by evaluating domains, managing outreach pipelines, and securing relevant editorial links to strengthen client visibility and authority. The specialist will work with a proprietary SEO platform.

• Assess prospective domains daily within a proprietary SEO platform.
• Judge sites based on niche relevance, classification (news, blogs, PR), and authority metrics.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns using a proprietary platform "Work List."
• Progress domains through pipeline stages (Actioned, Waiting, Acquired, Not Available).
• Document concise notes to ensure transparency for the wider team.
• Work on one client at a time within the platform to ensure precision and avoid cross-client errors.
• Prioritize relevance and quality over volume in link acquisition.
• Uphold ethical SEO practices and editorial integrity.

• Excellent written and spoken English, capable of crafting clear, professional outreach emails for UK-based businesses.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret SEO metrics.
• Commercial judgment with professional communication skills for engaging publishers and website owners.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to workflows.

• Prior experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or off-page SEO.

Monthly link-building targets and outreach budgets will be agreed collaboratively and adjusted as needed.
