About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Content Creator to join their marketing team in Paarl . This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting engaging content across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing compelling content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the marketing manager, you'll help shape the brand's voice and visual identity online. This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds: collaborative in-office work in Paarl and the flexibility of remote work, fostering a productive and balanced work environment.

• Develop and create innovative content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In), including graphics, short videos, and written posts.
• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and website copy that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
• Schedule and publish content across all social media channels, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in analyzing content performance metrics and provide insights for strategy optimization.

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
