About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and driven Remote Social Media Content Specialist to enhance their e-commerce brand narrative and engagement strategies. This role focuses on crafting compelling and visually appealing content tailored for diverse social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and building our online community. Working remotely, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and visual identity, ensuring our content resonates with our target audience and drives key business objectives like engagement and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop original and engaging content ideas for social media, including graphics, short videos, and interactive posts.
- Create high-quality visual assets and compelling copy that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) using content management tools.
- Monitor social media trends and audience conversations to inform content strategy and identify engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the social media manager and marketing team to ensure content consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in analyzing content performance and providing feedback for content optimization.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Social Media Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce .
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for content performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for digital storytelling.
