Position: Marketing Operations Coordinator Hybrid Role

You will ensure product details are up to date, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate marketing activities. From handling UPCs to overseeing the annual coupon program, your contributions will be vital for the Marketing team's success. Additionally, you’ll support onboarding processes and assist in maintaining internal resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UPC management and new-item set ups

• Assist in annual budget planning and spending reports

• Manage the coupon program end to end

• Organize team calendars and marketing events logistics

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and access to tools

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing operations or project coordination

• Strong skills with budgeting and vendor management

• Knowledge of ERP systems preferred

• Background in consumer goods or retail marketing

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
