About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Merchandiser to optimize product presentation and sales performance on their online store in East London . You will be responsible for managing the product catalog, developing compelling product assortments, and implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of online consumer behavior.
This is a hybrid role, offering collaboration in our East London office along with remote work flexibility.
- Manage and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to plan and execute online campaigns and product launches.
- Implement A/B testing for product pages and category layouts to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers on the e-commerce platform.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Merchandiser or in a related e-commerce role.
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles, online product presentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
