About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead their social media initiatives, working on a fully remote basis. This role is critical in defining and executing innovative social media strategies that elevate brand presence, drive meaningful engagement, and achieve key marketing objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, developing platform-specific content strategies, and guiding campaign execution across all relevant social channels.

• Develop and articulate comprehensive, long-term social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored content plans and engagement strategies for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X).
• Analyze social media performance data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
• Lead the social media team and collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing functions to ensure cohesive execution.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, focusing on driving conversions and brand awareness.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platform updates, recommending innovative approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing, with a significant focus on strategy development.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that achieved measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of social media analytics tools, listening platforms, and paid social media advertising.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff.
