About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote marketing team. This role is critical for optimizing our paid advertising efforts across various digital channels to maximize return on investment. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign data, identifying key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities- Analyze paid media campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all performance marketing initiatives.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to the marketing leadership team.
- Collaborate with channel managers to implement data-driven strategies and ensure campaign alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
