About the Role

• Develop and implement strategies for online community growth, engagement, and moderation across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and interactive discussions.
• Monitor community channels, respond to inquiries, and address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Organize and host online events, webinars, Q&A sessions, and other community-building activities.
• Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, sentiment, and growth trends.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the online community.

• Proven experience as an Online Community Manager or in a similar digital engagement role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging online audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and relevant content.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on community performance.
