About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their dynamic, fully remote team. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing creative strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for their online business. This role demands a blend of marketing acumen, analytical rigor, and experimentation, with a focus on rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making.
You will work autonomously to test new channels, optimize conversion funnels, and leverage technology to achieve aggressive growth targets, contributing significantly to the company's expansion in the competitive digital landscape.
- Develop, execute, and analyze rapid experimentation across marketing channels, product features, and user funnels to drive e-commerce growth.
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels and strategies, focusing on scalable and cost-effective methods.
- Optimize the conversion rate optimization (CRO) of the website and app through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to identify key growth levers and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate virtually with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities.
- Proven track record in a growth hacking , performance marketing, or similar role within an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in data analysis, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Creative mindset with a highly analytical and data-driven approach.
