Location:
Andover Office Based or Remote Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to join an innovative and growing organisation. This temp-to-perm role offers a chance to develop and deliver marketing strategies, strengthen brand awareness, create engaging content, and support business growth across multiple channels. Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, case studies, promotional materials, and customer communications. Manage website content updates, support SEO, email marketing, and CRM activities. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and industry events with marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Creative, proactive, and commercially aware. Experience in a regulated, technical, healthcare, medical device, or technology-led environment is advantageous. Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of £15.38 - £17.95. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Remote working option Temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay while temporary.
