Position: Manager Corporate Communications - Hybrid Role

You will lead the Employee and Community Affairs team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs. Your tasks will include developing communication strategies, managing the intranet, and organizing employee events to foster engagement. Collaboration with HR for awards programs is also key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct internal communications and executive messaging

• Manage intranet content and strategic governance

• Lead the top employer initiative in coordination with HR

• Innovate exceptional employee experiences through events

• Facilitate external communications, including media relations

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Political Science, or equivalent

• Over 5 years of communications experience in financial sectors

• Expertise in stakeholder management and media relations

• Strong leadership skills for team development

• Ability to deliver engaging communications across various platforms
