About the Role

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign messaging across all channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and developing successful social media strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow social media followings.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
