Position: Marketing Manager Permanent
MARKETING MANAGER £40,000–£45,000 DOE | Predominantly Remote | Regular UK Travel | Immediate Start An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, growing events business on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Your first priority will be to work alongside the current Director of Marketing to review, document and improve the existing marketing function, creating a clear and scalable workflow for managing a high volume of campaigns.

Once the handover is complete, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, leading activity across UK and international events and managing both internal and external resource.

The Role You will be responsible for:
Creating and implementing a clear marketing workflow and campaign process. Leading marketing across multiple events and campaigns simultaneously. Managing and supporting a Marketing Assistant. Managing an external marketing agency. Overseeing digital, social media, email, website and PR activity. Using sales and campaign data to identify priorities and improve performance. Managing budgets and monitoring ROI. Working with partner venues on local marketing campaigns.

Attending events when required to capture content. Creating targeted email campaigns through Omnisend where needed. About You Strong senior-level marketing experience. Experience managing high volumes of campaigns or events. A strong understanding of marketing workflows and process improvement. Experience managing people and external agencies. Strong digital marketing knowledge. A commercial, data-led approach. Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills. The confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with in events, entertainment, or ticketing would be advantageous. What’s on Offer £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience. 12-month maternity cover contract.
