• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or similar role with demonstrable success in growing online communities.
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Strong content creation skills, including excellent copywriting, basic design, and video editing capabilities.
