• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media marketing role.
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing impactful social media strategies and campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and community management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
