• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and customer feedback, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Create visually appealing graphics and short videos for social media posts using design tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize content strategy and engagement.
• Assist in the execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Previous experience in managing social media accounts, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and tone.
