• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and user experience for online shoppers.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral, leveraging digital channels and partnerships.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations for growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) in a remote setting to ensure seamless implementation of growth strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and growth hacking, testing new approaches to drive business objectives.
• Develop and manage growth budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing spend.

• Proven experience in a Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing, or similar role with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.
