As our Outreach Coordinator, you will support the coordination and delivery of high impact global and regional brand campaigns, ensuring all activity aligns with business priorities and is delivered on time. Sitting within the prospecting team, which operates as an internal account team, you will connect strategy to execution. You will collaborate across marketing and business development to deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen our market position and client engagement.

In this role, you provide the essential delivery support that underpins all campaign activity, ensuring work is executed to an exceptionally high standard and within budget.

• Take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle from concept to execution across multiple sectors, using Hub Spot to drive, optimise, and deliver results
• Fluent in leveraging AI tools for drafting, research, analysis, and execution to accelerate workflows while maintaining a high quality bar
• Track campaign and event metrics against agreed KPIs, transforming data into actionable takeaways and clear recommendations
• Monitor business portals to identify emerging prospects and set up meetings with external stakeholders to expand market reach
• Work closely with Sales Leads and collaborate on marketing content to generate and nurture qualified leads
• Align internal teams, manage project trackers, resolve operational blockers proactively, and ensure all delivery deadlines are met
• Simultaneously manage multiple competing projects while balancing departmental workloads and priorities
• Act as a highly credible organisational ambassador during all external outreach, meetings, and event activities

• Experience executing marketing campaigns from initial concept to completion across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience utilising CRM platforms, AI-powered marketing tools, One Drive, external monitoring services, and engagement logging systems
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse target audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders using influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities efficiently
• A self-starting mindset with the capability to thrive and deliver effectively in a remote working environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly across teams
• Quick to master and execute new digital systems, tools, and operational processes
