We're looking for a Global Events Marketing Manager to own and grow our events programme on both sides of the Atlantic. This isn't a role where you'll just keep the logistics ticking over. You'll partner with our UK and US sales leaders to shape a calendar built around the accounts that matter most, carry a pipeline target, and present your results directly to our senior leadership team.

You'll still get to do the fun part too: designing formats people genuinely want to attend and running them brilliantly on the day. If you want your events to be seen as a real driver of growth, this is the role for you.

• Strategy and planning - Partnering with US and UK Sales Leadership to build localised event plans, specifically against target accounts. Maintaining a single events calendar to ensure commercial and SLT coverage beyond marketing-led initiatives

• Collaboration - Collaborating with marketing and cross-teams to integrate events into the overall marketing strategy - aligning event presence and messaging with content strategy, PR, product launches, paid media and creative

• Event format - Recommending and shaping the format mix across conferences, VIP hospitality, agency activations and partner events, account-targeted dinners and round tables

• Budget ownership - Owning a global events budget (around £200k) and a pipeline target, then tracking and optimising against unit costs (cost per lead/opportunity) - managing forecasting, POs and budget reporting

• Event execution - Managing and running all pre-event planning and comms, on-the-day execution, and post-event reporting. Agreeing, meeting and following-up commitments with regional sales leadership, then track and report against them

• Vendor and contract management - being the central liaison for venues, merch suppliers, and agencies. Manage negotiation processes with each of them

• Lead capture and data hygiene - ensuring event success is demonstrable and tracked. Working with Marketing Operations to define, create and manage workflows, data and lead routing

• Speaker and executive programme - managing stakeholders and speakers, ensuring they are prepped where needed for presentations, dinners, interviews and other public-facing responsibilities

• Reporting - owning the events outcomes and presenting results to SLT on a regular basis

• Travel - Working from London office, monthly/bi-monthly travel to Manchester, with potential travel to the US
