About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Email Marketing Specialist to manage their email marketing campaigns. This role is critical for nurturing leads, engaging existing customers, and driving conversions through effective email communication. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing email campaigns, segmenting audiences, and optimizing email performance. • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure targeted messaging.
• Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines.
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy that drive open rates and click-through rates.
• Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) and provide regular reports with insights.
• A/B test different elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, calls-to-action) to optimize performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience specifically in email marketing or CRM marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hub Spot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM laws, and deliverability principles.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
• Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation techniques.
