About the Role

- Develop and execute data-driven paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing , with a strong track record of managing successful paid campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and experience with A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, suitable for a remote work setting.
