The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a passion for online retail innovation.
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing initiatives.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor online inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to online customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations.
