About the Role
Our client is seeking a versatile and imaginative Digital Content Creator to join their marketing department in Bloemfontein . This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, strong multimedia skills, and a keen understanding of what captures an audience's attention online.
You will play a key role in enhancing our client's brand narrative and engaging their target audience through compelling digital assets.
- Create a variety of digital content, including written articles, blog posts, social media updates, short videos, and infographics.
- Develop engaging video scripts and edit raw footage into polished, shareable video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and align them with campaign objectives.
- Optimize content for various digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategy.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content samples.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
