Our client is looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join their team, working remotely to support marketing strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in translating marketing data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on marketing metrics across various channels. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics, making significant contributions to our client's marketing effectiveness from their chosen location.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign platforms.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Identify insights and trends in marketing data to recommend strategies for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Support the marketing team in evaluating the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives and channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic context.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely in a remote setting.
