About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Social Media Marketing Lead to spearhead their social media presence from Centurion . This critical role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive community engagement, and support marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to optimize results.

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
• Engage with the online community, foster discussions, and build relationships with followers and influencers.
• Analyze social media performance data using relevant tools, generating reports on key metrics, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader campaigns and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing social media platforms and campaigns for a brand or organization.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement metrics.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
