About the Role
Our client is expanding its digital footprint and seeking a proactive Remote E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize their online retail operations. This fully remote position is perfect for an individual passionate about digital strategy, online sales, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience, driving traffic to the e-commerce platform, and increasing conversion rates. Working from anywhere in South Africa, you will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online journey for customers, playing a vital role in the company's digital growth strategy, particularly supporting the Port Elizabeth online market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the e-commerce platform.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize the user journey and conversion funnel to improve customer experience and sales performance.
