Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to support organizational objectives.
- Write, edit, and proofread various communication materials, including newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal memos.
- Manage and update the company website and social media profiles to ensure accuracy and engagement.
- Coordinate communication efforts for specific projects or campaigns, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Assist in developing talking points and press materials for media engagements.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements based on data.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of written work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
