About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Mahikeng . This role is instrumental in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales for their online store. You will assist across various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content creation, working closely with the marketing manager to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing online business.
- Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Schedule and publish social media content, monitor engagement, and respond to basic inquiries.
- Support the creation and optimization of website content, product descriptions, and blog posts.
- Help coordinate promotional activities and collaborations with influencers or partners.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics across different channels, assisting in data analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the e-commerce space.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, including internships.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
