About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their e-commerce initiatives from their Rustenburg office. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy, to drive significant growth in online sales and customer acquisition. You will be instrumental in defining and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement within the competitive North West market.

• Develop and execute an overarching digital marketing strategy to achieve e-commerce sales targets.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
• Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Lead the content marketing strategy, including blog posts, website copy, and social media content.
• Analyze performance metrics across all digital channels and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the email marketing program, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and automation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing , with a strong focus on e-commerce .
• Proven success in managing paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly in presenting data-driven strategies in Rustenburg .
