Marketing Coordinator, Digital

We are seeking a digitally savvy, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our retail marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media and digital marketing, enjoys creating content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the day-to-day execution of social, paid digital, email and eCommerce marketing, helping drive awareness, online traffic and sales for a brand that serves rural and agricultural customers.

This is an on-site role, and is not hybrid or remote work eligible.

• Schedule and publish content across social platforms in line with the marketing calendar.
• Create platform-friendly content, including graphics, short-form video, stories and captions, with a consistent brand tone and voice.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond within brand guidelines, and elevate customer service issues.
• Track social trends, competitor activity and audience feedback, and share content ideas as aligned with the brand standards and marketing plan.
• Help with digital amplification of in-store promotions, product launches and local events.

• Support the setup, execution and optimization of paid campaigns, including ad creative, copy and budget pacing.
• Build UTMs and maintain campaign tracking so results can be measured accurately.
• Monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS, prepare regular performance reports, and share insights for improvement.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, image optimization and content recommendations.
• Assist with building and sending email campaigns, including content, list selection and testing.

• Update product pages, collections, banners and promotional content on our web storefront.
• Working with internal stakeholders, collaborate to ensure online product content is accurate and search-friendly, including descriptions, imagery and pricing displays.
• Ensure omnichannel alignment with web, digital, and in-store promotions and campaigns.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent documented hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably within retail, consumer goods or eCommerce.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly prioritize and manage various tasks and deadlines.
• A portfolio showing social media or digital content work. Campaign metrics are a bonus, if possible.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and GA4.
• Working knowledge of Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills, with ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.
