As our Senior PPC Specialist, you'll help connect people in difficult moments with the legal support they need. This is a real seat at the table in a fast-growing firm with plans to expand nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing
Your day will live in the numbers and the decisions behind them. You'll build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets hard, watch CPA closely, and keep pushing for better lead quality.

You'll also own the engine behind the clicks. That means tracking setup, retargeting audiences, A/B tests, and reporting that tells the truth. Not fluffy dashboards. Clear insights. Clear next moves.

This role matters because effective digital marketing is how people find help when life gets messy. You'll have real ownership, direct impact, and the chance to shape strategy from end to end in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Earn
The base salary for this role is $65,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. There are also bonus opportunities based on your performance.

You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Google Ads and PPC.
You have strong experience in digital media buying and campaign management.
You can manage website analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting.
You communicate clearly and turn data into action.
You do well in fast-paced environments and like owning results.
You may be a strong fit if you've worked in legal, medical, or other lead-generation industries.
