Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Media Campaign Manager to join their team in Kimberley . This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and drive measurable outcomes for their e-commerce business. You will leverage your expertise in paid and organic social media to reach target audiences, build brand awareness, and generate leads or sales.
This hybrid position offers the ideal blend of remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration within the Kimberley region.
- Develop and manage end-to-end social media campaign strategies, from conception to execution and reporting.
- Oversee the creation of compelling campaign assets, including ad copy, visuals, and video content.
- Manage paid social media advertising budgets, targeting, and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and e-commerce, to ensure campaign coherence.
- Stay informed about the latest social media advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in paid social media advertising platforms and campaign management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
