Remote E-commerce Growth Manager

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and strategic Remote E-commerce Growth Manager to lead their online business expansion initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and driving revenue through innovative marketing and customer acquisition tactics. This role demands a data-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape to achieve ambitious growth targets from afar.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy , focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including user experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and site performance.
• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to drive qualified traffic and sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of marketing and e-commerce professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless online operations.

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital growth strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling online businesses and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, CRO, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  Master's degree is a plus.
