Product Marketing Manager; Fully Remote

• Waymark is a mission-driven team of healthcare providers, technologists, and builders working to transform care for people with Medicaid benefits.
• We partner with communities to deliver technology-enabled, human-centered support that helps patients stay healthy and thrive.

• As the first Product Marketing Manager, you'll build the product marketing function from the ground up.
• You'll shape how we position our AI technology and data science innovations, translating complex clinical evidence into compelling business narratives.

• Develop and own product positioning framework and messaging architecture across our AI product portfolio.
• Build and maintain tech differentiation narrative and lead strategic go-to-market planning for product launches.
• Own scientific communications and build sales enablement library, partnering with BD and Partner Success.

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing, including experience as the first or only product marketer building the function from scratch.
• Track record bringing technical or data science products to market and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex concepts, with healthcare or high-growth SaaS experience preferred.
