Participation Marketing Manager

The Participation Marketing Manager will lead the marketing of British Triathlon and Triathlon England’sdevelopment programmes to increase awareness, engagement and participation in the sport, ensuring initiatives such as Swim Bike Run, club support, workforcedevelopmentand grassroots events are well promoted, coordinated, and aligned with participation growth objectives. Supporting British Triathlon to open up triathlon so athletes and communities can go further than they ever thought possible.

• Develop and deliver marketing plans to support participation growth and community engagement across British Triathlon's programmes and initiatives.
• Lead campaign activity to drive awareness, consideration, sign-up and repeat participation across the sport, spanning events, coaching and clubs.
• Support the promotion of participation initiatives including Swim Bike Run, Active Skills for Life, and other grassroots or entry-point programmes.
• Ensure campaigns are audience-led, insight-informed, and aligned to strategic priorities.
• Cross-functional partnership with Development Directorate
• Work closely with teams across the Development Directorate to understand priorities, programme objectives, target audiences, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with colleagues in Events, Clubs, Regional Managers, and Workforce/Coaching to translate programme goals into clear, effective marketing activity.
• Act as the key marketing contact for participation-related projects, ensuring strong communication and coordination between marketing and programme teams.
