• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linked In).
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive community environment.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and impact.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, reporting on key insights and trends to inform strategy.
• Manage online reputation, addressing customer feedback and escalating issues as needed.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with a creative flair.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
