In this senior leadership role, you'll define and lead the enterprise employee communications function. Your responsibilities will include advising senior executives, managing risks, and guiding transformative messaging. Collaborate with a global team to ensure clear communication of TTEC’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set enterprise employee communications strategy and narrative

• Advise leaders on communication priorities and risks

• Lead development of a global employee communications team

• Shape executive messages and change communications

• Define communication plans with measurable objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in communications or related field

• Significant experience in employee and executive communications

• Proven ability to lead teams and coach communicators

• Excellent writing and editing skills for clarity

• Strong operational discipline in managing priorities
