Creative Resource is seeking a CRM & Retention Lead for a 12-month contract, remote UK based. You’ll own CRM strategy across ecommerce and DTC brands, building lifecycle programs in Klaviyo and Recharge, driving retention and revenue growth.
You’ll work hands-on with strategy and execution, collaborating with Paid Media, Creative and Client Services to deliver a full-funnel email program and measurable improvements in LTV.
