Our client is looking for a talented and imaginative Remote Real Estate Content Creator to develop compelling marketing materials that showcase properties and enhance brand presence online. - Create high-quality, engaging written content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing emails, focusing on real estate.
- Develop scripts and storyboards for promotional videos, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs.
- Produce visually appealing content, including graphics and short video clips, suitable for social media distribution.
- Write compelling property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits, attracting potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice, marketing strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing for the real estate sector.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing writing and multimedia skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
