Sports Sponsorship Coordinator

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Sponsorship Coordinator to join their team in Bloemfontein . This role involves supporting the sales and activation of sponsorship packages for various sporting events and teams. You will assist in identifying potential sponsors, preparing proposals, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This hybrid position requires a blend of administrative support, client interaction, and event coordination, contributing to a team focused on building strong partnerships within the sports industry.

• Assist in the identification and outreach to potential corporate sponsors.
• Prepare and customize sponsorship proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Support the management of existing sponsor relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate the execution of sponsorship benefits, including branding, hospitality, and activation events.
• Track sponsorship agreements, payments, and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or event coordination, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
