FMCG Brand Manager

Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic FMCG Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for key products within the Western Cape. You will be responsible for developing compelling brand plans, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the growth and profitability of your assigned brands. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the competitive landscape of the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring brand visions to life, contributing to impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers in regions like Mossel Bay and beyond.

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams on the development of advertising, promotional, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to drive brand growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in market data analysis and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
