Brex Inc. is seeking a deeply analytical Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our Paid Social engine, with Meta as the core growth driver. You will build signal architecture, audience models, and a high-velocity creative testing system to drive down-funnel performance and long-term value.
The role is based in the Salt Lake City office in a hybrid setup. Expect in-office three days per week with optional remote work up to four weeks per year.
