You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing, learning every part of the business while owning one of the most important functions in the company.

Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones.

• Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
• Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
• Review footage and give performance feedback
• Work with editors to polish ads
• Build repeatable production processes

As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across:

• Meta advertising
• Landing page optimization
• Analytics and reporting
• AI-powered marketing workflows

Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly:

• Read reviews and analyze feedback
• Study competitors
• Identify buying motivations and objections
• Turn insight into stronger creative

High agency, strong curiosity, and a desire to become an exceptional marketer. You don't need to know everything on day one, you do need to love learning.

• Have 2-5 years in ecommerce, growth, performance marketing, or creative strategy
• Take ownership without waiting to be asked
• Enjoy solving problems
• Balance creativity with analytical thinking
• Write clearly and care deeply about quality
• Learn new tools quickly, and get excited about AI
• Want increasing responsibility over time
